Starting A Blog And Maintain It For Years I Never Thought I Could Man

What’s something you’ve done that you never thought you could?

Okay, I am not a man who usually participates in writing daily prompts but this one is different and caught my attention. I have done so many things in my life and even though I am still in my late 20s, life has taught me valuable lessons and some I will not share since it’s personal and private to me.

Back to this daily prompt blog post, I have to say, having a Blog that I own is something I never thought I could actually do. Walking down memory lane in the year 2020, that was the year this “Mens Fashion & Style” Blog actually came to life on this blogging world of WordPress. 2020 was a horrible year because of the Outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic and I don”t actually remember what I was doing in terms of Blogging but I had an idea about writing online since at that time, people were experiencing the“LOCKDOWN MODE” so it was hard to go out and see Your friends or visit family.

I am proud of myself though for actually being brave enough to create a  Website since a website is not a walk in the park and being consistent in creating new blogs is hard to maintain because it requires knowledge of technology, basic Computer skills, creativity and patience. Back then in 2020, I was new to blogging but I liked this WordPress App and it was easy to use back then and the Themes were appealing for your Content.

Lastly, I look back now and I realised that it’s been 6 (Six) Years since I joined this Blogging Community and I am amazed how time has gone by. I saw my Blog grow after COVID was done and dusted and years like 2022,2023 and 2024 were Peak years according to my Statistics and Blog Traffic and those years made me confident in my blogging abilities. I plan to keep Blogging because it’s my passion and this current year of 2026 was a bit stressful but I managed to create some educational blogs and in 2025, last year, I don’t really remember but I published more than 50 posts on this Site “Mens Fashion & Style By Mthobisi” and I have other Websites I created I now no longer use like this one called “Crack The Code”😃

Before I close this post of mine, I want to appreciate all Bloggers (New and Old) who are commenting on my blogs and supporting other Writers, it’s good and may we as Bloggers keep the Blogging spirit alive and No to AI, let’s just write using our words From the heart.
