Men who think that at work, they need to wear solid ties are completely mistaken because of the recent shifts in dress codes. Men in nowadays dress casually even at formal industries such as engineering, education sectors, corporate offices and school Teachers. The truth is that the workplace is not for the faint hearted, it needs tough men who will embrace the challenges no matter what. Casual styles are by far easy to wear for work and this blog post will only list 2 reasons why that is so.
Reduced wardrobe expense for the working man
Men who are working are by far the best because they are getting a disposable income and providing for their families. That is admirable but when it comes to style, men must not empty their wallets by purchasing suits and formal styles they don’t need. Some men are fortunate enough to have the company giving them a work uniform hence there is no need to buy additional stuff.
Casual style on the other hand is the best style to purchase because it is one hundred percent affordable when it comes to money. Money is a very sensitive issue for all men hence to avoid being financially at risk, wear and buy casual items that will do the job plus reduce unnecessary expenses.
Casual styles are aligned with modern work life balance
Companies in 2024 have embraced the need of men wearing formal styles because of this simple reason which is that these styles are aligned with modern values in the workplace. Companies not only have values such as integrity, accountability and teamwork but now realize the need of having their staff’s wellbeing taken of. A staff member that is affected by the work will not perform better.

Yes, I agree with you Mthobisi dressing casually is my thing… wearing a suit, all days of work maybe tiresome for first it’s expensive and second it may evoke feeling of perfection which may hinder productivity at times..
