Did you know that there are serious health situations that are a hindrance to stylish men? The common six terrible predicaments some stylish men may have that cause a negative spin for the worse in their health are: High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Heavy Drinking, Smoking and Obesity.
This blog will explain each of these bad health predicaments and the reasons why they are a problem for stylish men since such bad health issues hinder men’s health to be in tip top form and also makes it impossible for men to dress better.
The 6 bad health predicaments :
- Heavy Drinking
- Smoking
- Obesity
- High Blood Pressure
- High Cholesterol levels
- Diabetes
Heavy drinking
Most men drink (that is a fact) but there are those who believe the beer is their till death do us apart and those are heavy drinkers. Whilst there is nothing wrong with drinking in moderation , drinking a lot leads to many healthy complications such as Lung cancer and blood pressure. Stylish men need to lower their scale of imbibing alcoholic beverages for their style to flourish and most key for their health.

Smoking
The second on the list of bad health predicaments it is smoking. Health experts will probably agree with me that Smoking it is very bad for the body, the heart and lungs specifically. I believe stylish men need to take care of themselves and that starts with their habits. I urge stylish men who love style and their health to avoid smoking if they want to have a long lifespan. Plus, smoking it is bad and has an awful smell that can ruin your amazing clothes. If it happens that you are a Smoker who does so to relieve stress, might I suggest that you change that habit to this one ” listening to music ” which has a calming effect on the mind and body plus it puts you in the mood to select stylish clothes in your closet.
Obesity
The third on the list of bad health predicaments it is Obesity that makes it difficult to wear fitted clothes that are super stylish. Men who are obese face a complex time when it comes to wearing fitted clothes and in the style pyramid in order to nail the style ‘FIT IS KING”
Truthfully, this health predicament it is one that is simple to overcome by eating healthier, exercise regularly to drop the mass weight and avoid indulging in fatty foods that will add to more obesity. Imagine you have an mportant interview to attend and you want to look sharp in a well fitted suit by due to your condition you end up not wearing that suit since it no longer fits you. Men who are obese are obese for one obvious reason and that is they consume a lot of unhealthy foods which expands more weight making it an impossibility for a man to wear any fitted suit or attire for that matter.
High blood pressure
According to a book I read by Author Jillian Howard who has a book titled ‘THE BEST POCKET GUIDE EVER FOR MINIMISING INSURANCE” high blood pressure is a result of having heart problems and severe strokes which puts a person’s health in critical life or death situation or predicament. There are many reasons why some men have this health condition, it may run in the family or it may be that a man is ageing, whatever reason , when it comes to men”s style and fashion, this condition makes it extremely difficult to maintain the standard of being ‘The Stylish Man” because even if you want to maintain it and attend many fancy events this condition gets in the way.
High Cholesterol levels
According to Jillian Howard’s book (check her website link -www.jillianhoward.com), high cholesterol levels same as high blood pressure leads to heart failure but in this case, it clogs arteries. A stylish man with high levels of cholesterol ends up abandoning his mission of always being stylish as a result of this condition that needs to be attended to.
Diabetes
According to Jillian Howard”s book, this is a denegrative disease that cause all types of complications such as an early death. In my own general knowledge and understanding diabetic people are those who have high sugary levels in their immune system that lead to them fainting and being dizzy all the time. Also, studies show that there are type 1 & type 2 diabetes. As a stylish man, diabetes can problems for most and those issues make it hard for a man to dress the part as a result of this condition that can be quite stressful and men that are older are more at risk of contacting this condition but it can be cured.
TO CONCLUDE: ‘Health is imperative for sustaining life thus avoiding these bad six health issues is a lifesaver for stylish men to last in the fashion industry and if you happen to have one of these conditions contact the Medical Doctor ASAP.

I’ve been consuming a lot of content about health these days, and all these conditions can be linked to one common enemy: sugar. An extension of that would be carbs. I won’t elaborate much as I don’t want to proselytise, but low-carb has put me in a better state both physically and mentally. Great topic here, and I see it’s a hit among your readers too!
