5 Miscellaneous shoes to fall in love with in 2023 every stylish man needs

February is the month of love worldwide and this is the period whereby people express their love and appreciation towards their loved ones and partners through the buying of gifts such as roses and chocolate, etc. As a stylish man, there are five shoes that you need to fall in love with and buy them because shoes are compulsory in every man’s personal wardrobe and the right shoe can spice up the outfit or mess up the outfit.

Fashion icon Christian Louboutin once used this quote ” shoes transform the body language and attitude, they lift you up emotionally and physically” and he was right because picking up miscellaneous shoes or shoes consisting of different kinds engulfs your emotions and attracts your physical appearance. So, without wasting precious time, here are the five shoes you need this year;

1. Boots

Okay my favorite pair of shoes are boots for many reasons and one being that they make me look taller and are a good substitute for cool sneakers plus they are comfortable to wear even at work. Shoes like boots are miscellaneous because they consists of different kinds such as: Combat boots, Chelsea boots, Chukka boots, Duck boots and Suede boots etc. These boots come in a variety of different sizes, shapes and colors. Whatever boot you pick, make sure it is aligned with your personal style and assemble boots if you plan on purchasing a bunch of them in order to diminish or reduce the error of misplacing them.

CHELSEA BOOTS YOU CAN WEAR WITH A SUIT EVEN

Another intriguing fact about boots it is that they are very versatile in that you can wear them in casual wear and formal wear. Also, during the fall or winter season these are the shoes to wear plus they make you feel warm and relaxed. I published a blog last year titled “THE BENEFITS OF MEN BUYING BOOTS” and I highly recommend that you visit and read about it (the blog post that is below⏬)

2. Dress shoes

Alright switching to shoes that are more dapper and dressier than normal occasions and that is the dress shoe. This is the shoe that is formal by design and needs to be worn during those classic events and celebrations or even at work or on a date since it is the month of love♥. Same as boots , dress shoes are miscellaneous because they come in different scales , types and shapes since there are Brogues, Black Oxford shoes, black formal shoes and Double Monk shoes etc.( you can search for them in Pinterest where I get ideas for my blogs in terms if imagery)

BROGUES LIKE THESE ARE DRESS SHOES

3. Loafers

This is a casual men’s footwear that can be dressed up or down. It is a shoe that is easy to slip on and requires no socks in most situations. It is a mini dress shoe and it is miscellaneous as it comes in different kinds , colors and sizes. The common ones we see in nowadays are the Chewe loafers sitted below

CHEWE LOAFERS ARE IDEAL TO BE WORN WITH SUITS AND IN CASUAL ENVIRONMENTS PLUS EVEN ON A DATE♥✔

4. White sneakers

The white sneakers are also in the list of shoes to die for this year because this shoe is perfect for all the outfits you have in your closet. Think of the jeans, sweaters, button down shirts, T-shirts, jackets and suits you have and try just one week wearing this white sneaker only, for several days your outfit will look fresh and this shoe is ideal for all seasons but the issue with it is that you need to wash it thoroughly to ensure it doesn’t lose its color.

5. Flip flops (AKA sandals)☀

Last on the agenda it is the flip flops also known as Sandals. Men have been wearing sandals for ages and the typical male usually wears such shoes on hot days, at the beach and during the summer season. Logically sandals need to be worn when the temperature becomes very hot and they need to be paired with shorts or jeans only. I despise the fact that men wear flip flops with suits, it just doesn’t look appealing and fashionable in my opinion.

Thank you for reading this blog and show love to your male figure by buying him one of these shoes listed above!!!!

Great post, Mthobisi! My husband is a “boots” man because of his love for camping and backpacking! Not to mention, riding boots for his motorcycles. 🙂

Mthobisi, I am a sandal person. In India, we call it Chappal. But recently I started feeling ashamed so I have graduated to what we call floaters. It is a sandal with velcro straps. I know I have a long way to go. I am glad I brought sturdy floaters. 😊

Oh sandals are not a bad thing Blaise. I too love them for sunny days even though it’s been a few years I haven’t worn them👡

These Chappals as you call them in my professional experience with style need to be worn with shorts and T-shirts / polo shirts only because they are super casual and easy to slip on🙌

My fashion sense and wardrobe collection are quite extensive. It ranges from black to white. I have one black T-shirt and one white T-shirt. I normally wear my black T-shirt on formal occasions. Funerals and stuff.

That’s why I got ashamed of my chappals, one of those good-for-nothing chappals fell into the grave when they were lowering the body. I don’t know why people took offence when I jumped in and threw out the flowers. How else could I see where the damn chappal landed.

That incident was a grave matter. I resolved from that day, it’s velcro fastened floaters for me.
