There are men on God’s green earth who have this mentality and mindset of competing with other people even with their dress code. Men who are older and mature especially those in their 30s, 40s and 50s as well as 60s do not see the point of competing and such men feel like a competition is a total waste of time.

This blog post will outline 3 key reasons with explanations as to why men must not compete with others in the form of standing out with their outfits.

1. Competing through styles leads to unmet expectations like you are rich (Men just need to accept the situation instead of pretending like frauds)

Men who get involved in the competition circle usually are pretending that they have this and that. There is nothing wrong with a healthy competition in the area of sports because there you get to see the person showcasing their skills and talents plus it is a tournament so it makes sense to compete with the other teams but in the area of fashion,a person may pretend that he is wealthy when in reality he is not.

Thus, men need to realize that a man or woman wearing wearing rich clothing does not mean that person is rich in reality. Plus, competing is a waste of time because you end up having unmet expectations like you are RICH when you are not even close to that level. Hence, men need to dress well without showing off.

Also, people can be good at deceiving others such that a man keen on competing or outshining others can go to extreme levels like borrowing clothes from rich people to stand out. Hence, men must accept their situations, dress well and keep working because rich people work and they don’t compete with people, they use their time and resources too wisely without acting childish even if they have everything.

2. Competing with others leads to hatred hence men must be confident with their styles without seeking attention

The second reason why men must not seek competition, it is because competing with others leads to hatred, betrayal, bitterness and regret. Men who are sane in their minds, do not engage with insane people or in useless competition forums such as fighting to get that award or noticed at an event. The truth is that all men are capable of dressing well so it is pointless to rush attention and fame.

Thus, men must see the disadvantages of competition such as the result of hatred to a point where men no longer talk or greet each other amicably which is not how life is to be lived. Men must just be themselves and dress confidently even in cheap clothes because the goal is to love and live your life instead of showing off.

3. Competing with people results in lack of self respect hence men must respect themselves (Avoid humiliation guys in the public front)

A man who wants to get success realizes that fashion is just fashion, there are big things to focus on such as money and the future that is ahead. Thus, respect yourself gentlemen and just be yourself whether you come from a rich family or not, you wear expensive clothes or not because life happens and to be really respected, wear what you love without faking it and just be yourself in life.
