Fashionable outfits that are unsuitable for men in the workplace

Workplace environments are to be respected all the time and that starts with the wat you dress for work. Fashionable outfits such as wearing sneakers with flashy suits in a environment such as an Office, Bank, , Courtroom and Governmental organizations is very unprofessional, irregular and inappropriate also. When dressing for work or looking for work, I suggest men wear comfortable work appropriate apparel such as ironed dress shirts, sports jackets, blazers and jeans depending on the type of environment that you work on. Either way whether you work indoors or outdoors dressing appropriately for work is the best way to dress like a professional and these tips below will help you to construct a professional way wardrobe.

Wearing gold chains and unnecessary jewellery alongside the work uniform ❌

Okay this is something that needs to be done in moderation, there is nothing wrong with jewellery such as wearing a watch or bracelet but not a sea of jewels such as gold chains and other disturbing shiny accessories especially for a man who is working and engaging with clients on a day to day basis, you don’t want to be seen as playful and unethical but rather professional and upbeat as you work.

Wearing baseball caps or any cap with a suit if you are a Lawyer or into the banking industry❌

Have you ever seen a Lawyer or a person who is a Banker wearing a cap whilst working??

Well the answer is NO because that is not how a man dresses for such positions that need a neat and appealing appearance thus caps or any caps for the matter are strictly not allowed, it just doesn’t go with the uniform. No matter how sunny or extremely hot it is such headwear is not allowed during indoor activity. You can wear it during your days off work because if you don’t your career will fail innumerable times because of a simple dress code.

Wearing sunglasses indoors and adding your own uniform instead of the original one contradicts the workplace

Sunglasses are a fun accessory to have and wear but during business hours such sunglasses are not really needed except for those of the lenses that are transparent but not the flashy ones since some workplaces have a culture of dressing every employed person had to fellow. When I was working at a hotel three years ago I was given a contract that stated the dressing rule and that I was expected to dress in that manner plus sunglasses as far as my mind can scale back were not allowed to be worn inside the hotel premises.

THE BOTTOM LINE 

The bottom line is that not only at work are these fashionable outfits seen as inappropriate and irregular but also at schools since the year has started kids are expected to dress sharp and neatly in their uniforms and by so doing they will succeed because according to a study men be it those who are in school or working , those that dress sharp are viewed as more competent and focused.
