Gents, a habit is action that you take daily and it develops within you and ends up being a norm. That being said, there are two types of habits, good and bad. I am going to state the good habits when it comes to style and how to adopt these changes in your life, style wise and lifestyle wise.

Firstly gentlemen, lifestyle habits. Okay, putting style habits aside for a second here, these are habits that most men create and follow in their normal day to day, it’s like a routine.
Lifestyle habit 1: Exercise

One of the common ways and I am pretty sure men are familiar with this routine is exercise. Getting more exercise has benefits even when it comes to you looking sharp. Gents, exercise helps you to control your weight, especially larger men who eat French fries for breakfast, lunch and dinner, yeah gents, this has got to be minimized.
If you want to lose weight, exercise is the best strategy, you don’t have to go to the gym everyday to do so, if you are a busy person for example, you can do home workout, just regular 30 minutes walks, runs or weight lifts can do the trick because your body will be shape and you can start wearing fitted Clothing. Exercise improves your health, thinking, manage blood and sugar levels and improves your sleep.
Lifestyle habit 2: Grooming

Gents, this is the key component of physical appearance. You can wear an expensive outfit but of your grooming is not neat and on point you are going to look like crap. Gents start following this tips below to instantly look more stylish:
Grooming Tips:
1) Cut your hair, avoid Harry hair
2) Shave your long beard, facial hair must not be all over the place.
3)Cut your finger nails and toe nails
4)Use different hair products & fragrances.
Stylish Habits
I will outline just simply 4 habits to appear more stylish.
1) Put your outfit the night before. Get your outfit in order, if you are going to wear formal Wear, know where your shirt, tie and trousers are. I suggest putting them in a hanger in your wardrobe so that you easily find the Outfit.
2) Take care of your shoes. Again, I will make an example of a formal outfit, brush your shoes gents, get rid of any stains and dusts. Have a shoe polish and a shoe brush
3)Be Confident in what you wear. This is the vital part most men don’t realize, confidence is the key element in Looking good. Gents, get the fit of your clothing right, know the name of your tailor, avoid baggy clothes, spend money on good quality clothing and avoid branded clothes with huge logos.
4) The power of the interchangeable wardrobe. Lastly gentlemen, you can have a gazillion clothes in your closet but if you don’t practice putting outfits together, piercing things together, you are going to drive yourself mad. Know how to wear clothes , own less and have more outfits.
